Plan Of Assistance Defined
A strategy for professional development and growth designed to address a teacher's deficiencies in meeting designated performance standards, based on the results of an evaluation. The plan of assistance should indicate goals and objectives for improvement, an action plan for improvement, what staff and resources are available, the timeline for development activities, benchmarks for ensuring that professional growth is occurring, and measures for verifying achievement of the goals and objectives.
